About Tulip

No-code platform for building shop floor apps: work instructions, quality checks, machine monitoring and production tracking.

Tulip is a frontline operations platform. Engineers build apps for the shop floor with a no-code editor: step-by-step work instructions with photos and video, quality checklists, kitting screens, andon calls and production dashboards. Apps run on tablets and PCs at the workstation and can connect to devices such as scales, scanners, torque tools and machine data.

It suits plants that want to replace paper travelers and spreadsheets without waiting for a full MES project. The flexibility cuts both ways: someone has to design, test and maintain the apps, and standards are needed so every line does not build its own version. Start with one painful process, measure the result, and agree who approves changes before apps spread across the site.
